Grappa di Vinaccia is a Grape Pomace Dry Brandy, obtained by the distillation of previusly-fermented Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes and vinasses.
Its peculiar dry and clean taste makes it a great digestive drink, often drank in Italy after an Espresso coffe, or even mixed with it directly in the cup.
Another famous Italian tradition is to make an ''homemade aged & spiced Grappa'': Many families pour fresh fuits or spices in a bottle of grappa, and then they let it age for a couple years.
